*All of our offerings include a mat.
*Practice packages include weekly classes. Sound meditations, workshops and other events are separate. Class packages may not be shared between guests.
STUDIO POLICIES
*Always preregister for the class you will be attending. After your first booking you can make an account which will make registering for classes in the future quick and easy! We do not have a desk for in studio registration. We do not take cash.
*Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins. This way you can get ready for class, settle in and allow the class to begin on time.
*Our classes and offering are designed for students 16 years of age and older.
*Please take your shoes off before entering the practice area. We have a designated space for shoes.
*Please silent your phone and leave it with your things outside the practice space. No phones on the mat!
*Moonlight Sanctuary is not responsible for any personal items left behind at the studio.
*All students must sign electronically the liability waiver policy via Momence app or website before taking any class.
REFUND POLICIES
* All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Students must notify at least 1 hour before the start time of the class. If we do not receive notice within this time, your class will be forfeited.
*If notice is given and you cancel your booking before 1 hour of the class start time the unused class will be returned to your account for future use. Please use the momence app to cancel your class booking.
*If you register for a workshop but are unable to attend, please let us know at least 48 hours before the workshop is scheduled to begin. If we receive your request for cancellation more than 48 hours before the event takes place, you can get a full refund credited to your account (this credit can be used toward a future purchase). If we receive your cancellation request less than 48 hours before the event, a refund will not be possible.
*Absence to a workshop or event is non-refundable. If you cancel on the day of the workshop or after it has taken place, a refund or studio credit will not be possible.
*Workshops and events could occasionally be canceled by the studio if there’s insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If your event is canceled you will be notified by email as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund.
STUDIO RENTAL
*The studio is available to rent for personal use for practice, private work, film or photo shoots. Please inquire about bookings.
