Jessica Allen

She/Her

“I have a lifetime of experience in movement and spiritual practice. I originally entered into the practices of yoga and healing to deepen my relationship with the mysteries of the unseen, to heal a severance in my heartmind and to find a doubtless trust in the unfolding course that is my life. Practices open an understanding of how to listen, live and simply be. Over the course of my life I’ve collected a powerful tool belt of pathways to the divine through somatics, meditation, sound, song, ceremony and beyond. I believe the journey to Self is the journey to truth. I am here to serve that truth. My work is about sharing practices that allow you to listen, vision, restore and support your endlessly unfolding path. It is an honor to serve.”

Samantha Soichet

She/Her

“For over two decades yoga has filled my heart with love and gratitude. Yoga has been a return home to Self; to a sense of safety and belonging in my body and here on earth. It has helped me learn to surrender to the moment to moment experience of this mystery of life as it unfolds. To trust in life. It's ultimately been a path of healing and surrender. My intention is to offer spaciousness within the container of class; so that we may sense inward to the body, feelings, and soul. Space to listen to the inner whispers and hear what is calling our attention and hearts.”

Aurore Stanek

She/Her

Aurore, hailing from the French Alps, was nurtured by the majestic landscapes that surrounded her. Her initial exploration of the performing arts as a child spurred her to pursue an education in theater, dance, and music in Paris. For many years, she immersed herself in various productions, eventually venturing to establish her own performing arts company. Together with her team, she embarked on an artistic journey, giving life to numerous captivating projects before her relocation to the United States in 2019.

The threads of her connection to the elements, the enchanting forests, and the nurturing earth, grew stronger as she welcomed a child into this world in 2021. The transformative postpartum phase became a crucible for Aurore, allowing her to unify her affinity for movement, sensory experiences, and the power of music. This ongoing metamorphosis serves as a testament to her dedication to learning and creating. Kym Bradley-Rickard

They/She

Kym has been a steady practitioner of yoga over the last 9 years. Skeptical of yoga in the beginning, they were soon captivated by the healing powers of practice, ritual, and community. Whether in fiery classes or slowing down in a way that centralizes restoration Kym is a firm believer yoga offers something for everyone. They believe that to grow is to let go of all that is not nourishing, and each breath offers the option to begin again. To practice is to bring attention so that attention transforms intention.

Although Kym is new to teaching their energy is felt and the desire to be in community transcends most of what they do. They have a passion for the outdoors, travel, and are on a lifelong quest to understand humanity which means to never stop learning.
